List concept:
This is in general a less tanky necron list than most, but its faster and deals more damage.

My detachment combo gives me 8 good strats and +2 strength on weapons.

Stratagems (Works on everything except the ctan):
- Advance, shoot and charge
- Sustained
- -1 to hit
- +2 to charge vs an engaged unit
- Reanimate a unit within 9" if I killed a unit.

Stratagems (Works on the lokhust destroyers):
- Fallback and shoot
- React move d3+3 if you end within 8"
- -1 to wound in shooting if your strength is higher

The units can be summarized as:

- The lokhust destroyers are the shooty units. They can move up to 14" and shoot. 1 unit has assault, 1 unit has +1 to hit. They have a decent gun vs most targets. The heavies have a good anti-horde gun.
- The skorpekh destroyers and characters are the combat units.
- The Lychguard, Ctan and Szeras are the tanky units. Lychguard have +2 move
